Toronto, Canada – October 12, 2011- Peace Point Entertainment Group announces the start of production of the delicious new cooking series Bake with Anna Olson (26 x 30’), hosted by one of Canada’s most celebrated chefs. The series is being produced for Food Network Canada, to air in 2012.

Bake with Anna Olson is like a special master class with Anna Olson, a prestigious pastry chef who will showcase her delectable mastery of baking. From muffins to meringue and from cream cake to croissants, Anna leads the class with her kitchen wit and wisdom, personal tips, touches and tricks. Each episode builds on a foundational baking skill and takes viewers on an exciting learning curve from beginner to master baker. Anna may start by teaching the perfect puff pastry dough then progress to a classic fruit tart, which could then lead to a complex chocolate Napoleon. She will then finish the episode by creating something new, like her own savoury hors d’oeuvres. Whether an amateur, timid baker or a soufflé superstar, viewers will come away from this extraordinary new series with the confidence and skill to bake like a pro.
