Peace Point Entertainment Group Inc. acquires full ownership of DIDtv to relaunch as Peace Point Entertainment USA

Toronto, Canada – June 10, 2011-  Les Tomlin, President and CEO, Peace Point Entertainment Group Inc., is pleased to announce the acquisition of full ownership of leading US content development and production company DIDtv,  to be relaunched as Peace Point Entertainment USA.  Peace Point Entertainment USA has engaged the services of Crybaby Media to assist in the development of a slate of shows for the US market.  Danny Passman, principal of CryBaby Media, will lead these efforts.
